What a year it has been for Paynorma. In 2025, we crossed the milestone of 3,000 businesses on our platform, processed over 15,000 crores in payments, and expanded our operations to more than 90 cities across India. These numbers represent not just growth, but the trust that businesses of all sizes have placed in our platform to manage their most critical financial operations.

On the product front, we launched several features that our customers had been asking for. Smart payment reminders with customizable schedules, real-time reconciliation dashboards, and our new autopay integration with all major banks were among the highlights. Each of these features was designed with one goal in mind: reducing the time and effort businesses spend on chasing payments so they can focus on what they do best.

We also strengthened our engineering foundation significantly. Our platform uptime reached 99.99%, and we reduced average payment processing time by 40%. The team grew from 25 to over 60 people, bringing in talent from some of the best fintech companies and banks in the country. We invested heavily in security certifications and compliance, earning PCI DSS Level 1 certification and SOC 2 Type II compliance.

Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited about what is coming next. New payment modes, deeper ERP integrations, and AI-powered collection strategies are all on the roadmap. We remain committed to our core mission: making every business financially stronger by simplifying how they collect payments.
